Helping a friend in need

Yesterday at work one of my co-workers Angelica seemed pretty sad so I went into her office and asked if she wanted to talk a little bit. She told me then, that it was her son’s birthday and that this year he really desired a bicycle, which couldn’t get for him as she already had made some payday loans. I felt very sorry for her so I decided to lend her the money for the boy’s present, although I knew it might take a while for Angelica to give it back to me.
